Big Start to 2011

I felt it was important that I start the new year off with a little ambition. My first completed work of the year is San Luis Sunset, 32 x 72. I had not worked this large in some time, and in fact spent most of 2010 working smaller than 24 x 24. I had been planning this image for some time, but knew I wanted it to be a big piece; I wanted the light to ripple over the viewer as much as it rippled past these mountains and farms.
