Blush on the Icey Hudson - watercolor landscape by Gretchen Kelly

Looking over the Hudson River toward Middle Ground flats, the Catskills are faded in the distance beyond during this sunset, It was the light of the blush afterglow of the sun going down two days ago that reflected in the water between blue ice drifts in the river. I keep trying for more of my impression rather than what is exactly correct when referring to the photos that I take.
