Plein Air Painting season has begun, well, at least for those of us who still find painting in the snow a challenge. This painting was done en plein air a couple of summers ago at a local organic farm in Boulder. There is a patch of flowers that customers can visit to cut their own bouquet. Painters are also welcome, and my friend and I spent a wonderful morning painting the colorful Zinnias and Cosmos.
