Contemporary Landscape, "Florida Marsh," by Amy Whitehouse

Oil, 16" x 20" $600

Florida has such lovely marsh areas,

and depending on the time of day,

the sky and reflections on the water

boast different colors.

Sunrise and sunset are particularly sublime.

Marsh Painting, Daily Painting, Small Oil Painting, "Marshlands", 6x8" Oil

This painting was inspired by a trip to the marshes at Fernandina Beach. Fl.  If you have never been to Fernandina Beach, I highly recommend it.  You will see a small quaint Florida town, marshes and beautiful coastline.  It's a short drive to Jacksonville.

One of the charming restaurants.

I never pass up a trip to the beach.  Our hotel was right there.

We had a great lunch in a wonderful garden setting.

Did I forget to mention the lighthouse overlooking the marsh?
