Colorado Winter Snow Landscape Pastel Painting "Alone But Not Lonely" by Colorado Artist Nancee Jean Busse

This Colorado landscape is one of my favorite paintings. A pastel, it depicts a house that is part of an old, abandoned mining camp on Red Mountain Pass above Ouray, Colorado. Buried deep, deep in snow it looked to me as if it was sleeping.

    Hi Nancee Jean! ... A beautifully tranquil winter landscape... warm in spirit... despite the deep snow that surrounds the house.

    Your unusal top down vantage point really enhances the visual strength and interest in your subject. A gem!
