This little abstract floral landscape was painted after a trip to a local cactus garden. The brilliant saturated colors of the cacti blooms (Optunia cactus) were so indescribably beautiful and I wanted to paint the edges, shapes and center of the blooms in an abstract way.
- All my acrylic on paper paintings are painted to the edges.
- The painting is packaged and shipped in a mat with backing board, protected in a plastic sleeve
- The matted painting & backing can be popped into a standard 16" x 20" frame.
- If you wish, this can be 'floated' in a custom frame to show the deckled edges.
